Azzurro can coordinate expedited pickup of eligible cartons, parcels and small cargo shipments from EWR-area airline cargo and handling facilities, then deliver them directly throughout New Jersey on a dedicated vehicle. Send us the airline or handling facility, the air waybill number, the piece count and the time cargo is expected to be available. We confirm what can be recovered, quote the run, and dispatch once the shipment is released.

How an expedited pickup works
- Request pickup. Send the pickup and delivery addresses, the piece count, the weight and when the shipment is ready.
- Receive rate and confirmation. We price the run and confirm the pickup window in writing before anything moves.
- Driver dispatched. A vehicle is assigned and you receive a driver dispatched notification.
- Shipment picked up. Pieces are verified at the dock and you receive a pickup completed notification.
- Direct delivery. The shipment drives straight to the consignee, with in-transit updates along the way.
- Delivery confirmed. Signature confirmation when requested, and photo proof of delivery where appropriate.
- Electronic POD sent. Proof of delivery is sent the same day for your records and your billing.

How quickly can a driver reach my pickup location?
It depends on where the pickup is and what is already on the road. Send the request or call dispatch and we will confirm a realistic pickup window together with the rate, rather than promise a time we cannot hold.
Is there a minimum or maximum shipment size for expedited courier service?
There is no minimum. A single carton is a normal job. The service is built for roughly one to ten cartons and small commercial freight. Larger shipments move on our box trucks, sprinter vans and nationwide truckload capacity.
Can you pick up cargo from Newark Liberty International Airport?
We coordinate expedited pickup of eligible cartons, parcels and small cargo shipments from EWR-area airline cargo and handling facilities for direct delivery throughout New Jersey.
