Azzurro was built around more than 20 years of hands-on experience across airport, port, domestic transportation and final-mile operations.
Our home market is the Port of New York and New Jersey, with Port Newark and Port Elizabeth minutes from our Rahway base. We also coordinate frequent cargo recoveries at Newark Liberty International and John F. Kennedy International, along with the box trucks, refrigerated equipment, sprinter vans and full truckload capacity needed to carry that freight to its next stop.
That gateway experience shapes how we work. An import move is rarely just a pickup. It can involve a terminal appointment, chassis coordination, an airline or handling facility, a delivery window, a temperature requirement, a short-term storage need, or a final destination without a loading dock. One operation, several gateways
New York and New Jersey are our primary gateway and deepest local market. We also coordinate strong container and air-cargo capacity on the West Coast at Oakland, Los Angeles, Long Beach, SFO and LAX. Nationwide truckload service connects those gateways to inland destinations without forcing customers to rebuild the shipment with a different contact at every handoff.
Azzurro Final Mile Logistics is a GlobalTranz Authorized Agent. Alongside our New Jersey operation, that relationship supports access to nationwide capacity across dry van, refrigerated, expedited, heavy-haul and specialized equipment. Equipment and service details are confirmed for each shipment rather than treated as blanket availability.

The more complete that information is, the faster our team can confirm the right capacity and a realistic plan.
